Tasting Notes: Easy vanilla and caramel on the nose. Just a touch of spice and leather. The palate rounded sweet notes with very little alcohol bite. This may be a first on Seelbach’s, but I’ll call it smooth. There’s a bit of butterscotch, cinnamon, and orange peel. All this leads to a smokey nutmeg finish.Â
